Step 2: We Set Up Your Account

Once you’ve signed up, our team configures a fully functional demo account for your property. You’ll receive a login link within one business day. Your rooms, rates, and basic settings will already be in place.

Step 3: Explore the Dashboard

Log in and take a look around. The Simple Calendar is your daily home base — it shows every in-house guest, today’s arrivals, and today’s departures at a glance. From there you can access any booking in two clicks.

Try creating a test booking using the Guided 5-Step Booking flow. You’ll see how the system walks you through room selection, guest details, dates, payment, and confirmation without missing a step.

Step 4: Add Your Real Room Setup

Update your room types, rates, and availability to match your actual property. The Customisations section gives you hundreds of options — room categories, rate plans, booking policies, and staff permissions.

Step 5: Invite Your Team

Add your front desk staff and assign roles. Front desk users can create and manage bookings; management users can access reports and account settings. Everyone sees the same live data.
