Yes. Every new account starts with a free trial so you can explore every feature before committing to a plan. No credit card is required to start.
Which plan is right for me?
Choose Classic if you manage up to 10 rooms, Deluxe if you have up to 50 rooms, and Premierif you need capacity for up to 100 rooms. All plans include the same full feature set — the only difference is the number of rooms supported.
What happens if I reach my room limit?
You can upgrade to the next plan at any time and the extra capacity is available immediately. We'll also notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I add team members to my account?
Yes. All plans support multiple staff user accounts with role-based permissions so you can control exactly what each team member can see and do.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
